NRSA Real State is hiring a full-time Project Manager. If you are passionate about excellent workmanship and client service, we would love to hear from you! This position will manage projects from the office, and serve as the liaison between our clients and the jobsite. This position’s responsibilities will include estimating and budgeting, permitting, scheduling, leading meetings with clients, creating cost to complete analyses, executing change orders and purchase orders, and ordering.

NRSA Real State offers a competitive salary, bonus program, and paid time off. This position will receive opportunities for growth, and work closely with the Director of Project Management.

Qualifications to include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in challenging environments.
